Q-1. How to select a correct sim card for watch ?
Answer: We’d like to recommend to use Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL & Jio “Nano size” SIM card (depending best local coverage). Ensure that the SIM has data pack enabled.
Q-2. My watch not showing accurate location, what can I do ?
Answer: Accurate location is shown when child is outdoor (under clear sky).
Q-3. Which type SIM card needed to activate the watch ?
Answer: Watch requires a Nano Size SIM Card; but you have to insert SIM card with SIM card tray which is given in the package box.

[Two-way calls]: The watch is capable of acting just like a mobile phone, making and receiving voice calls. Watch allows to Save up to 10 phone numbers from the App. [Note]- The watch will only accept phone calls from numbers which have been added in application.
[Video Call]: This watch support video call option. Parent and child can call each other and know the kid’s situation in time.
[SOS Emergency Call]: Watch allows to Save 3 numbers in the app for SOS function, In an emergency situation, pressing and holding the SOS button for three seconds to make SOS call. [Note]:- Watch will keep calling these 3 numbers one by one twice until the call is answered.
[Sound Guardian (Remote voice monitor)]: In an emergency situation, the watch allows you to activate its microphone and listen in to what is happening around it.

[Class Mode – Do Not Disturb]: Parents can set 3 periods of time of the watch in the class room through the app, during do not disturb time, kids can not use the watch, only parents can be use the sound guardian function, so that the kids can focus on study.
[Geofence (Safe Area)]: The app allows to set area, if the watch travel outside this area, the watch will alert parents.
[Remote Camera]: With the remote control camera option, parents can take photos of kids without them knowledge.
[Location Tracker (GPS+LBS)]: The kids watch has a built-in GPS positioning device. Parents can check the kid’s location by tapping on the app that matches the watch for kids with their mobile phone, and keep abreast of the kid’s location information. Note: GPS location deviation is about 5m(16ft)-200m(656ft) in outdoor space. During indoors it will show LBS position.
